A hypnotic voice guides us into a parallel image subconscious with the words "my name is".
In slow zooms, the gaze is absorbed by a blank monitor with just snow, in the beginning.
Then the screen multiplies and becomes two images, that whispers to one another in different languages, translating and mirroring. Again the images slowly zooms into
another realm, now a purely digital image of 3 screens, that is taken over by an image that walks "by itself" without the movement/zoom of the camera anymore. With a
strong sound of heartbeats, images of performance and bodies in a theatrical space a blinking on the screen, until a climate, where the body and the monitor interacts and
merges for a moment. The movement repeats itself again, just backwards through all the images and representations of image. The modernist music of Alfred Schnittke
evokes strong emotions, but at the same time, the hypnotic voice with its calm, repeating character keeps us aware of ourselves at all times, creating a space where we both
are seduced and aware at the same time of the image and sound we are engaging in.
